Right.. kinda gauging interest / testing the water at the moment.. if I don't get offered a price I am happy with then I won't sell just yet.. I've put in 2 years of lots of tears and pain with this car!!

Car has always been taken to www.autobmc.com, as these guys know their stuff and they are the only people I ever trust to lay a finger on it!

And now for the pics..

I had lots of issues with the car when I first bought it, but was determined to put it right.. so after £1000's later, its now all good, but I have kinda fallen out of love with it :(

I had a newly rebuilt rev3 engine put in by AutoBMC in July 2007 and a Rev3 turbo bought from Rogue Systems... oh and a new clutch.. and new cam belt.. and new rad pipes.. yeah pretty much everything.. my bank balance is still crying about it even now :(

Questions / offers / trying to talk me out of it / comments welcome!

I know I will end up regretting it, but hey ho never mind. I really thought I would never sell this car, I said when I bought it that I was going to keep it forever!

..God life is so god damn bloody hard!!

Unless anyone wants to buy me a 2nd car? :D

Ideally *price updated*, as its had so much work done to it in the last year. I wasn't happy with the quality of the work done in the past so have had the engine bay emptied and everything checked out..

I am happy for anyone to speak to my garage about any of the work / what work has been carried out http://www.autobmc.com/contact.php.. speak to either Norman or Ash, they know my car well as I am pretty sure they got fed up with me bringing it up there telling them about certain things that weren't quite right, asking them to do lots of things!! They have done all the work on the car for me. (they are not benefiting from the sale, but I will sing their praises 24/7 as they are awesome :D)

Yeah.... I know I know..

But as is always the way now its running how it should have been when I bought it.. I just feel like nows the time to try something new.. plus I have my eye on something now

Don't get me wrong, I will be SO gutted to see it go, I'm sure I will cry lots hehehe.. and I'm sure there will be plenty of days when I have that 'I really miss my MR2' moments...

I wish so so so bad that I could keep this and buy another car, but as I'm sure with most people on here its just about affordable keeping one car, let alone two :(

If only I had rich parents... why aren't they rich ffs.. selfish selfish b****rds!!!

..Oh and why is it, when you decide to sell a car, on every drive you go on after that, you are reminded of all the things that made you love it in the first place! I swear they do it on purpose to guilt trip you into keeping them!

The Toms rear was just a lucky ebay find.... I think its probably a carbon copy of a Toms one as I'm not sure Toms made a carbon one.

I had someone come to look at it yesterday, but they def weren't a true MR2 lover type!!

I want the sort of person who will turn up and fall in love with it to have it, I want to make sure she is properly looked after, and as I have said I will be calling the buyer every so often to check she is getting lots of attention and regular oil changes!!
