Me V's Lamborghini Gallardo!!!

Post by Azz »

Well before we start, the people good people on here know i don't tell lies so if you don't believe me, then so be it.

Ok i was on my way back from Crufts yesterday and i was in the middle lane of the race track  and not the motorway.

Was talking to the Mrs and a black Gallardo came past at about 80ish. TBH i wasn't looking behind me and i though i was alone (Or i would have been in lane 1 of the racetrack).

So i thought lets have a play, so i shoot up to him and we start approaching a Range Rover in the fast lane of the race track overtaking a slower car, strangely enough :-k

The track ahead was clear and i could see him ready to go so i dropped mine into 4th which took it high up the RPM and kicked the second turbo in. The Range Rover pulled in and the Lambo's bumper hit the floor, black smoke plumed out the exhaust and it roared,

I went with it and floored mine, his engine roared over mine and we took off with my girlfriend screaming at me laughing.

I was in 5th at 7000RPM when we both gave it up, so some speed was taking place in all this time the Lambo got a grand total of...

20m in front of me!!!, yes it got away but 20m for 20 times the price!!!!

Still would swap though :thumleft: Fantastic looking car just a shame it did not disappear down the road a bit better, i am sure a Murcielago would though

I saw a Gallardo once and wanted to play. My 25 stone passenger didnt help matters but it would have blown me away any way.

We aproached a large round about and he took the thing at about 70mph without a hint of braking at all. Very very planted looking car.

He then went in a different direction to me from the round about so I couldn't continue to follow it :(

Errm where is the illegal activity?

This would have been aligal if it would have been on the motorway or road, not the race track i was on.

But i don't believe you were on a race track. Race tracks do not have lanes. :-:

I pretty much kept up with a Gallardo on the M11 the other day. He pulled away slightly, but I think he was surprised :D

Who knows if he was really trying, though. It sounded awesome on full chat as well 8)
