[Mk2] [NA] WHAT ENGINE OIL???

Hi There,

I was wondering whether anyone could help me i'm desperate lol

But what Engine Oil does my 1991 Mk2 MR2 Require (its a no turbo UK model)

10w40 will do fine

Ideally it should be turned off for at least 10 minutes to allow the oil to settle before checking. HTH.

If you need to top up, be very patient. I filled mine from near-empty in a hurry recently and overfilled the car slightly - it smoked and ran like a dog for about two weeks afterwards. Add incrementally and give it a few minutes before taking a new reading.
