This is one outstanding car, if i had the money i would defently take it of adams hands. Ive seen this running and tryed chasing with no luck what so ever. Somebody is going to get a good deal. This car needs to make its way to pod to show what it can do.

This is going to be interesting....

You ended up buying the alpha and I bought jamesgtr's car!

I'm assuming I will see you on the drag strip sometime soon :D

This the alpha also a street car or purely for drag racing???

Do you mind me asking how much you ended up paying for it? Will you be doing any engine work to the car? Should be a good playground for high power MR2's this year. Roll on TOTB :)

Hi, yes its funny how things turn out, I was so close to getting jamesjtr after learning that the alfa had afew issue's, but eventually we worked out a deal with adam.
It dos'nt matter what I paid for it, its what it gona cost me to have on the road.
The engine and gearbox are gona have a complete look over and the wiring and the management systems and the injectors  basically everything  this way my mechanic will know exactly where we stand with it and everything will be done to the way it should be.
And yes will probably see you at pod  watch out
Hope you get yours done the way it should be and I think it will be in good hands from the posts.
Its the chinese year of the mr2 or is it the rat #-o

Fair play mate, i am sure once you have done all the work required on the car its gonna be a very quick motor.

You looking to move the car into the 9's?

Crikey, that's a bit harsh, all I did was express slight disappointment at a car being broken.
