Japfest 17th May. **Tickets received and about to be sent out**

Post by Scott Barton »

All
Get your names down for Japfest. I will sort a club stand out, just need to gauge interest.

Some info i nicked off the site. I will get my head round it the next few days with regards to advance ticket purchases etc.

Japfest returns to Castle Combe Race Circuit in 2008

Japfest, the UK’s longest running circuit-based event for
Japanese performance cars is returning to Castle Combe
Circuit on Saturday 17th May 2008.

Featuring over 2000 display cars, all-day track action,
special track demonstrations and passenger rides, Japfest
is the show for all owners of Japanese cars from classic
Datsun 240Zs and Corolla AE86s to the latest Mitsubishi
Evos and Subaru Imprezas. Watch out as well for the tyre shredding Driftworks demonstrations!

Japfest is a fantastic day out for all the family and under
14s are free with paying adults.

Update 4th Feb
PAYPAL
***All, due to an oversight on my part and the fact that PayPal are robbing gits, if you would like to purchase tickets via this method then they will be costing £11 instead of £10.
If, however, you would like to save your pound then you can make a payment direct into the IMOC bank account or alternatively send a cheque.
Sorry for the confusion.***

Advance tickets are priced at £10 per person (On the gate they are priced at £15 so a considerable saving). As long as you purchase the ticket throug IMOC (ie myself), you will also be entitled to a free 'club stand pass' which will allow you into a special reserved area.

I have the forms, ready to be sent off. I just need the numbers going now so we can purchase the tickets.

Put your name on the list!

**Just an update to anyone else who is thinking of attending Japfest.
I can only apply for the advance tickets once so if you dont get your names down on this list which will enable me to book the right amount of tickets, you will either have to pay £13 each for the tickets online at www.japfest.com or £15 on the day at the gate, plus also run the risk of not being able to get on the IMOC stand.

I have 11 names penciled in for tickets at the moment. If you would like one you need to paypal £11 to IMOC on [email protected] or alternatively send a cheque for £10 or transfer funds direct into the IMOC HSBC bank account (PM me for details) **

If anyone is requiring track time then please book direct with the Japfest website here
http://www.japfest.co.uk/book_now.html
Its priced at £30 per 15 min and there is no saving to be had in advance through IMOC.

Ok all. I am going to order 20 advance tickets priced at £10 each.
If you can now all make a paypal payment for the tickets you require to
[email protected]

I am going to pay for the tickets and organise the club stand this afternoon.
If you could reply on this thread and let me know who has paid that will be great. I will also need a PM from you with your address so i can send out the tickets when they arrive.
