Problem getting on PSN > 80130182

Hi peeps,

Was just playing COD4 online and got kiked out saying my connection was out basically, with the above code.

Now I can't sign into the PSN.

WTF!

Same when I put in warhawk,

Did a test in network settings, didn't know what to select so did most as automatic. Still nothing!

Just try re-booting your modem/router mate.

Sometimes I cant get on Xbox Live so I just reboot and all is well again.

Yep, tried it. Called PS and they've basically said (after many checks) "don't know, call the ISP".




Just turned everything off, reset the modem again.

Everything comes back successfull apart from UPnp - unavailable and Nat type - Type 2 (ideally needs oto be 1)

Earlier on the Upnp was ok!

Strange thing just happened. Was playing COD4 when I literraly jumped from cover in to the middle of open space. I was barely moving at the time!! WTF

This symbol appeared. Was a box with arrows pointing diagnolly down. One to left the other to right.

Sounds like you had a flicker with your connection mate.

u got a connection interrupted, its just lag. some times sony do maintenance on the psn so it will kick you from time to time its only usually down for 20mins or so.
and as for the magic teleporting welcome to lag

Seemed well strange. I understand if I was moving but I was literally barely moving (sneaking lol). I jumped over half way across the map! Oh well. At least I got back online. Despite teh UPnP not on. I know it's for plug and play, but Sony told me I couldn't play without that being confirmed available!

Haven't had any problems apart from when somebody else on the network is using Skype and hosing all of my internets. Was fine playing Warhawk earlier.

Ive had to change port settings , change this change that still been having problems , PS think that it may be my isp , my isp says no its everyone else ive googled the error codes and found i am not the only one , By a long way

Im on virgin, who is your isp ? , ive not been able to play online properly for over a week now

I'm with Sky. Same happened today. But after two straight attempts at signing in via COD4 it went ok. The arrow symbol I mentioned is a network interruption warning. Inbetween the arrows is a ethernet connector.

Seemed ok for the rest of the day after that.

From what I've read it's COD4 that has caused this

Developers should be releasing a patch soon apparently.

the 360 version of cod has the same problems 2 the patch for the 360 version is out on the 9th of december i think so the ps3 patch could be the same time
