[Mk2] [Turbo] Smoke of exhaust wenn standing still

Hello,

I have an problem with my car.

Wenn i drive the car doesn't smoke, but wenn i stop for the traffic light their comes about 2-4 seconds later smoke (blues gray) out of the exhaust.

The cars pulls and drives good and has no other problems.

Does anybody know what the problem could be??

when it starts smoking, if u blip the throttle does it clear up

have u got a DP on and a fairly free flowing exhaust

yep id say turbo seals are on the way out

I have a fairly free flowing exhaust, no cat with an Apexi n1.

but when u r in traffic and ure idling if u give it a rev does it clear up

if you have a weak turbo to start with and have it that free flowing u will find it does start leaking, on the exhaust side.

My money is on the turbo, check the shaft for play...

Mine had the exact same problem, swapped it for a GT28rs, problem solved
