I'm holding one of my old BBS split rim alloys with the centre part removed. Both lovely cars 8)

I also have a stock x-brace you can have mate if you come up to the guildford meet :mrgreen:

Good to hear the car is moving along nicely matey 8) :thumleft:

I have found my car to handle better with the cross brace off........

It gives the chassis a little more flex and makes the back less twitchy!!! Haven't lost the back of mine since i took it off :thumleft:

Yeah 20 mill ultralites. They are very good. I coudnt get these wheels staggered. Plus all i could afford(i wasnt single when i got them!).

I've driven this more than once, its fantastic, the colour is pooooooo, but i still love it, martin, watch your keys matey ross is about :D 8-[ :lol:

thats my old engine mate, i went down to 3S to pickup my downpipe up while yours was in :thumleft:

never had any bother with it in the 3 years/37k miles i did. always made good power aswell 200rwhp as standard (265rwhp with a few mods + 1.2bar) well serviced aswell.

still got all the details/dyno graphs in my profile, not updated it with the replacement tubby yet :wink:

no probs mate, its definately a goodun. i think it was on about 67k miles when it was written off, was on 30k miles when i bought it :D

EDIT: just had a look at the engineers report, milage was 66,940

too much hassle TBH and i didnt fancy driving around in a CAT C write off.

i didnt do bad though i got in total £5900 back for the car + kept all my mods to go on the new one.

bought a hardtop rev3 tubby and have about £2500 spare cash 8-[

just need to get all the bits on the new tubby now :thumleft:
