[Mk2] [Turbo] Tyre Question Please help

hello guys,

ive got a set of enkei rs evolutions, just purchased a tyre for it for the rear.

The width of the rim is 8J

i got a tyre which is 245/35/17 is this too wide to fit on a 8J rim?
