just recieved this email :-k WTF

Hi,

Harry_T_Hamster here

This is REALLY important so READ IT

Sorry for contacting you all this way - but thankfully the dial guy gave me
all your address in error

I lodged a dispute with paypal for non delivery of goods.
I have just been informed that my dispute has been closed as it has been
more than 45 days since the transaction - but only just.

As I was the second person to pay up - there will still be many of you
within the 45 days and I would urge you to lodge a claim for non delivery of
goods - remember to select "Other Physical goods"

If the dials turn up - you can always close your dispute and the seller will
receive his money - but if you don't lodge then you may end up in my
position where my only recourse is to start chasing my bank - fortunately
for me my Paypal account is linked to my CCard.

Anyway guys good luck - it may be too late for me but I thought I would give
all a heads up so that you may be able to catch it in time

Steve

just tried to open a dispute in paypal to try and get my money refunded but paypal will not open it :( what happens now then.

please take a look at MR2OC

I think it is just a case of a dodgy batch which is unfortunate for all of us, at least we are being offered a further £5 discount for the delay.

Yes I received this email and another one explaining the delay as a problem with the batch and that wI would receive £5 refund. :( :?

Hello Alan

We are sorry about the delay in sending out this email but we needed to
ensure that the new batch of MR2 dials tested ok.

We received the bulk Mr2 dials on the 29th May and had to check / test the
dials. Unfortunately the test showed that the transformer had a technical
fault and, on further investigation, we have discovered the hole batch of
transformers have a fault with the colour change dials. We are now having a
new batch of transformers made.

We can only apologise regarding the delay as we had said these would be
ready by the 30th May!
We needed to perform thorough testing and discuss how we were going to deal
with this situation before emailing you all regarding this issue.

The proprietor of Visual-Performance Auto Styling Accessories totally
understand the disappointment you will be feeling regarding the time this
process has taken. We pride ourselves on our service and reputation
regarding the products and service we provide and with this in mind, we will
reduce the cost of the dials by £5 and refund this to you as soon as
possible. We hope you understand the importance of performing the test and
ensuring you the customer receive our dials in correct working order. We
are sorting out the production of the transformers and will give you an
update as soon as possible.

We value your custom and hope that your confidence in our company will
continue.

Please do not hesitate in contacting us should you have any questions.

Kind regards
Michael

Got mine yesterday, there was one connector from the transformer missing but I had an email saying they were going to send another connector, fitted them ok except that I used an ignition live instead of a light live. They look good but there is a high pitched buzz coming from the transformer when I select blue which mysteriously goes when I select green #-o Anybody else with this problem?
