[Mk2] [NA] mr2 mk2 n/a miles per tank?????

Ive just used a full tank of fuel on rev1 n/a and got 218 miles out of it. thats taking it easy on the roads.
Now i think that is cr*p. people say you should get this and that,
Can any other n/a owners tell me what they get.
Ive had my ecu reset and ordered a new rotor arm, cap and new plugs, this may help.

mines just about done 168000 miles, I've owed it for 1/2 those miles and im getting pretty much exactly (avg) 300 per tank. Always have. 250 if it stays in the high revs a bit more often. 340 weather like this.
Mind you dont know what bhp its developing... RR day coming...

when i said normal, i mean thats what it should be showing. any less and its running rich. lambda usually the cause. try some BP ultimate to clean the system out for a start.

I got 240 from my first full tank. worked it out at 27mpg. This week i have been mostly driving like a fairy due to the weather so it will be interesting to see how this changes the figures.

Toyota claim that at 55mph you can get 45mpg. So given that, then you should be able to achieve 545 miles from a full tank

363.4 miles is my personal best, still over 10 litres in the tank too

Toyota's figures are very optimistic. I think they presume everyone drives below 2000rpm, lol. I normally get 230-250 from a tank in my G-Limited, that's mixed driving. My best was about 300 taking it very steady. N/A's are only as economical as your driving style. My mate has a rev 5 turbo and is getting at least 200 from a tank in that. I'm getting a turbo. Lol.

i only get around 200 using tesco 99. My car is running perfect as just had it rolling roaded.

I usually get 330 miles out of 45 litres which is approx 33 to the gallon..that's mixed driving using Tesco 99ron in a Rev2 with 58k on the clock.

I've kept a running total over the last few fill-ups, and with a 90% backroad trip to work everyday I'm managing around 290 miles / tank. I need to find a nicer route to work

ive just popped in some new spark plugs and on thurs am gona change the rotor arm and Dis cap, then do a oil and filter change.
I have just fiied up the tank and added some redex injecter cleaner so il see how i go with the fuel this time.
