It is indeed Mark's car. The problem is, it's still under insurance investigation, and yet the Police compound where it was being kept have let it be sold for some strange reason.

I've spoken to Mark this morning, and he knew nothing about it bieng on eBay.

He's looking into what has happened now.

I have seen the auction yesterday and phoned the seller...
He said, that he don´t now much about the car
and that he didn´t even have the keys... sounded a bit strange

Can somebody explain me how he can sell the car,
if the owner dont wants that?
