what would happen if a car came sideways in to you??

how strong are these doors??

doors are part of the structure and when closed makes it more ridgid, anything that affects the ridgidy of the car is a fail right?

It's a good question. I'd not use these without a cage for that very reason.

These door will be availible with built in side impact bars in the next 2 weeks. Will cost approx 150.00 more per pair.

Have been searching high and low for lightweight doors for my 2 - did the door/perspex window combo eventuate. No-one in Australia has these available so I really keen to get some shipped over Mart. without side impact due to cage being in place already.

there are numerous cas on the road these days made of fibreglass, lotus springs to mind so MOT will be fine oh and by the way i asked local MOT tester and he said yeah no problem

It is true, they are not an MOT failier. With the side impact bars included there alot safer too.
