Oil sump plug thread size ??????

I think its some odd size around 14mm.

I *think* its 14mm metric fine 1.25mm pitch, but I could be wrong.

If your looking for Sump plugs, then they are the same for celicas,supras, mk1 mr2's, mk2's etc. A Cursory glance reveals that you can pick up standard and magnet ones from:

Does anyone know actually what the bolt thread is as i have been told of another source that it is 12 x 1.25

But the socket size for the bolt is 14mm which look very similar to the thread width

Anyone got one out of car they can just measure

Just been out to the shed to have a look, but can't undo it as I have a massive lack of tools. I'll take the sump to my missus place later on (where all my tools are) and get the thread size confirmed for you then. Unless someone does it before then.

Just measured it. Its M12x1.25

And for search purposes, the turbo oil return fitting is M28x1.5
