door light switchy thing

when i open the drivers side door the light dont come on.
found out its the little rubber switch that the door press against
and not that the lights wernt on in the middle like my girl friend
tryed to tell me (dont go out with her for brains).
anyway does any one know how much it would be to get a
new one? and how hard to fit?

just been thinking could just be a lose wire.

Normally if you unscrew the switch and pull it out you can clean the contacts which should sort the problem.

I've just bought 2 new switches for my 95 Rev 3. The part number is
84231-17030 (import model) and they cost me a tenner a piece.

UK ones should be a lot less.

its an import so should be the same.
tenner not 2 bad was thinking a lot more that that.
