slightly tuned mr2 tubby VS Mazda "6"

Post by bodleytunes »

Went onto the local private race track and some rep/idiotface is right up me ar$e keeping up with me at a fair pace in this brand new 6.

Welll, i do that kind of thing, where u floor it a bit, and rev the engine (kind of pretending to drive fast!! ;) ) and it works he right up with me keeping up n prollly thinking haha my trusty repmobile is as fast as this youngen in his silly old mr2!!

So i exit the roundabout and floor it !!! and bobs ur uncle n fannies ur aunt, this dudes toast and fades away!!

One thing i was actually quite impresse with how it kept up at first and that i had to really floor it to steam off but i did waste it!!

Anyway got back to my compy, did a bit o research and to my suprise these V6 mazdas are 220bhp! I thought it would be more like 160-190! so i was quite impressed actually that i whooped it! HAHA bet the rep thought his 220bhp v6 beast would give my "220bhp" tubby a run for his money!

God im sad! hehe

:?

The fastest Mazda6 that I know of is the 'sport' model, and it's a 4 cylinder 2.3 litre engine. You can tell this model because of the headlight washers!! Anyway, even an NA could beat this car to 60mph :D

The Xedos and old (< 98 ) curvy shaped 323 had the option of V6 engines, don't know of any others though.

if yer bothered to look  maybe u would spot this http://www.invoicedealers.com/cars/Summ ... zda+MAZDA6

or this

http://www.carsurvey.org/review_67486.html

theres a v6 alright, its 220hp @6300rpm and 6.8seconds 0-60, not bad for a big car.

Anyway this was rolling, weight doesnt make as much as a difference once rolling :)

Note the price in dollars in the 1st link.

Note the American flag in the 2nd link.

Take a look at that blistering 0-60 time of 9 seconds here :D

As for weight, the Mazda6 is 100kg heavier.
