Red MR2's going pink!

At the moment it looks like my red mr2 is fighting the pink battle, i have tried some coloured wax and it seems ok for a short while but a few showers of rain and it starts to fade, is there anything i can do short of a respray??

Unfortunately all you can do is keep on top of it, even if you respray it'll still do it after a while.

Would it fade quicker if it has been waxed at all?

That looks exceptionally good in those pics. I don't think wax would make it fade quicker.

Might be worth getting a valeter to buff it with some compound, if nothing else it'll gleam, might take some of the pink out of it
