carbon scoop on ebay

i was looking at getting this and was wondering has anyone else on here bought one.
just wanted to know what the fit was like as i want to fit it myself, but ive never fitted anything like this before.

Hi,

That looks identical to mine, didnt get mine from Ebay but got a carbon fibre one that shape. Fitting is attaching the mesh (if its not already fitted) this is a bit of a pain but use crochet hooks to pull it into shape and you should be fine!

Then its unbolt the original (mine had something earthed to it so that needs relocating) then mark and drill 2 holes into the new scoop and bolt that one in.

Bout 10 minutes work 15 if you need to stop for a cuppa half way!

Dunno about the carbon ones but the fit on the scoop i had was rubbish... at least with the none carbon one's you can do a bit of work to them.

Then again it may fit as snug as a bug in a rug
