[Mk2 NA] Airflow Meter

I've had my MR2 GT T-bar since last April so I felt that now was the time to make some adjustments. I've been looking into buying a new Air Filter or Induction kit. However, the the kit that I fancy - the K&N 57i - is only available for MR2's without an Airflow Meter. Now, can anyone tell me what this looks like and whether it really matter if it's there or not? Or could somebody suggest another induction kit that I could use instead?

Unless I'm mistaken you don't have an air flow meter on the 3S-GE engine, so the kit should fit.
