Bubbling/gurgling noise after a run

My car makes an intermitant gurgling noise after a good run (car turned of) sounds like air escaping or water boiling.
Is this normal or anything to wory about?

quite normal fella.
all that pipework running from the back to the front etc.

I get that while Im driving sometimes. Sounds like gurgling from the expansion tank. Never had any probs with it.

Undo the petrol cap and i bet you it stops.

mine does this also, can feel the car shaking slightly from it to, sud it be gurgling this bad? lol

its the coolant bubbling into the expansion bottle after you have shut the engine down. All that heat in the engine block continues to heat up the coolant which is no longer circulating causing it to expand into the expansion bottle.

I had this noise quite a lot but when i put a new TRD rad cap on the noise went.
Maybe a coincidence but i have put it down to that.
