Turbo Advice

Post by Markd1984 »

Hi,

I have a rev2 engine that I have been rebuilding. Pretty much stock and it's a hobbie at the miniute but will buy something to put it in.

I have a CT26 turbo with it but want to see if their is any other options out their that are not mega bucks. I know you can put a CT20 on them.

Appreciate the advice.

A good CT26 hybrid or a freshly rebuilt CT20b is your best budget option.

Ct20. Don't waste your time with the 26.

If you can find a 20 on eBay or a break then buy it and send for a refurb.

Failing that, personally [which is what I will be doing] I would send My 26 to be given the hybrid treatment.
