I've been recently thinking about swapping out my current column with a reach adjustable one but I've been wondering whether it would make much of a difference.
My question is, for those who have one, how does it compare to a rake only? can you get the steering wheel much further towards you or is comparable to the later models?

Re: Reach adjustable steering column
Hi,
I have a rev5 which was stolen so had to find replacement steering column.
I ended up with one with rake adjustable.
You can get the steering wheel around and inch or 2 closer to you.
I am 5ft 8 and i was happy with the position of the non rake adjustable position.
I now have the rake adjustable one around 1/2 and inch closer to me now that I have the option.
I probably wouldnt go to the hassle if I didnt have to, its really hard to get the correct steering column cover if you break the rake adjustable one...
