PARKING MARSHALL - Japfest 2018 - Event Support Role - Volunteer Required

In the last few years the MR2 club stand attendance at Japfest has increased, it is getting a little disorderly when we park up!
There are the Japfest Event Marshalls guiding us in, but when we hit our club section it is up to us to us to organise the parking.
Therefore we are looking for a couple of volunteers to be the guys on site early and help to guide the club stand attendees in!
2x MR2 Club Stand Parking Marshalls
The role will include liaising with eachother to decide on the best way to go about guiding the clubs in, perhaps get TB into a section and IMOC within their own section so the clubs have a strong presence with their own flags, but also keeping it one MR2 stand so still keeping us all close knit! Also keeping mindful of photo shots, if we have the odd non MR2 in our stand they need to be a little hidden and ensure the MR2 take priority.
I think once the majority of guys are parked up any stragglers should be able to see the layout and you guys can just let it roll along, you don`t have to spoil yuur own day hanging around marshalling through the whole event.
More information on the size of the plot you will be working with will be given over the next few months depending how big our attendance is.
