Hmmm. I seem to be missing from the list.
Paid for mine and confirmation e-mail received from Japfest before the orginal deadline.
I should be next after Robk111 (#59) from the OC (as TonyleFrog: I have a split personality!).

Btw, looking at the list on the OC, I may not be the only one whose name is missing from the list on here.
If so, then it would seem that there are more than 80 potential attendees.

The forum lists are not definitive as this was advertised across multiple platforms. If you have a booking confirmation stating you're on the MR2OC stand from Japfest, you're on the stand. I can see your name on there Tony.

I have amended the attendee list finally! What a list it is!

VOLUNTEER WANTED!

Need someone to take care of the optional pre-meet. Last year we met at the Tesco nearby and drove in - https://goo.gl/maps/7iUBSVrmL4z - I will be aiming to get there earlier to direct parking for the MR2 stand.

I would suggest pre-meet at 8am, leave at 8.15am. We were 30 mins earlier than that last year but the traffic wasn't bad at all so I don't think that'll be necessary.

All you'll be required to do is to get to the Tesco car park and get people moving at around 8.15am.

Panic over. Couldn't find it on my phone so used the works pc and found the email. Promptly printed and put in the car ready!!

Angelo has very kindly volunteered to look after the premeet - look for the guy with the grey V6 Mk1 MR2.

Note: The pre-meet is entirely optional, last year we had about 20 or so cars meet up beforehand.

Reminder to everyone - please stay near your cars to start off with - some shuffling around may be required to ensure that those who have track time etc booked are able to exit, and we still don't know the layout of our plot so we can't really plan it ahead of time.

Guys I think I'm going to be a no show tomorrow. I injured my back at work on Thursday and I'm barely able to walk, I was hoping I'd have recovered enough to make it but that's not happened.

Would somebody be able to cover for me at the Tesco pre meet??

as for the pre-meet I can try to make people move at 8.15 but it's my first japfest so don't really know where to go / what to do beside it haha
