Rear brake stuck after suspension change

Just took my car for a drive <2 miles after changing the suspension only to come back and find the drivers side rear to be red hot and clearly the caliper has been stuck on.
To change the suspension I removed the top caliper bolt and lossened the botton to swing the caliper out allowing me to remove the suspension bolts.
Any ideas what could have caused it to stick on? I'll of course be having a look but not until its cool!

Have you checked the handbrake cable hasn't sort of kinked pulling on the mechanism.
