Does anyone know what the noise limits are on the track?

Taken from the tracktime rules on Japfest website...

The maximum sound level for your vehicle is 102dB, measured on drive by meters around the circuit.

I am interested in coming this year if I can convince the wife... Would there be any sort of convoys from the north down to the show? Or possibility of meeting up with people along the way

Hi GMAC. Not sure on convoys yet but normally we do have them. Will check over on the OC and see if anyone is organising there, failing that we could organise one/join theirs at a meeting point.

Looking a strong turnout for IMOC, 24 so far between us and TB! Looking at the OC another 6+ going, so hopefully at least 30 MR2 if everybody has done the form and paid up. Hopefully the OC have a good push yet.

You fancy it fred? It is a good day out loads of interesting Jap cars attend, rammed full of scoobies, NSX, GTO, RX7 etc etc.. Old skool jap 70s stuff, they have drifters on track and other entertainment, you can have a snoop round other peoples MR2s and check out ideas. It is worth going for sure.
