Recommendations?

Post by LouisePiggin »

Howdy,

Can anyone recommend garages, paint shops and audio installers in the Norfolk/Suffolk area?

Garage's that are familiar with the Mk1 would be great, wish I lived near Woodsport or Pacific works then it'd be so simple!

Thanks

Hi Louise,

I used a guy in Norwich for my rear arches, lower rear corners and sill return panels to be fitted and sprayed.

The company name is Norfolk Premier Coachworks and he really specialises in classic Porches but will do other stuff that's a bit different. His name is Wayne Parker and his team are excellent. They can make any panel by hand if needed, I supplied my own panels that I bought from 'littlebird' on ebay.

Audio stuff I buy from Norwich In Car Entertainment. They will supply and fit or just supply.

Peter Doidge in Great Yarmouth is another good one to see for audio. He also does fitting.

Garage stuff I do myself but have a friend in our car club that is trusted and respected by everyone, me included but does no favours/mates rates
for anyone. Roger Moorehouse is his name and also in Norwich. Minis are his specialist thing but he has had a few MR2 Mk1s and currently owns a very old Toyota Crown that he did a nut and bolt restoration on himself.

Where are you?

Hope that helps
