It does have a big fat aftermarket radiator and doesn't appear to be losing any coolant, any ideas? First thought is that the thermostat is playing up?

Temperature issues
Hi, if the car is left to idle for around 20 minutes it the temperature needle gets to about half way, but as soon as its driven it slowly goes back down to the very bottom and stays there not matter how long it's driven for.
It does have a big fat aftermarket radiator and doesn't appear to be losing any coolant, any ideas? First thought is that the thermostat is playing up?

I had a fault temp would be in the middle on
Idle but would drop when accelerated thermostat
Was at fault
