Use Toyota for.both.

get some locktite 5660 grey sealant from halfords for the sump

and make sure the cam cover gasket comes in 2 parts and includes the one for the center 2 spark plugs.. Id be tempted to just goto Toyota

And don't forget to still use sealant on the specific cam "hump" corners.

I hav used eBay rocker gaskets before and they leaked from the off. Bought Toyota ones and they sealed from the off and have been reused when I did the HG and still not leaking.
Make sure you get the right one for year, market and n/a or turbo as there are differences particularly in the middle bit.
I got mine from Tcb.

For the sump, any quality rtv will do. Just make sure the mating surfaces are clean. On mine I also found the sump flange was bent so I had to tickle it with one of my many hammers.... I like a good hammer!

As mentioned, make sure you get the two part seal kit. You'd be surprised how cheap Toyota are for a lot of service parts - I've recently replaced my cam cover gaskets with genuine Toyota ones and they were about £18.
