Going on from the wing decision, I was trawling JDM sw20 pics on instagram
earlier and came across this photo. This is what Im wanting to do now I've seen it. I never was 100% sure if I liked the REV 5 spoiler risers before.
but now I've seen it with the blade and end caps colour coded to the cars paint it looks much more OEM+.

Even if I fit it and decide I dont like it, its not going to be hard to change. So this is the look ill go for with the wing.

Awesome. They're a very 'love or hate' mod. I very much love it and would definitely consider it for mine if I ever part with my TOMS spoilers 8)

Yeah, I'm gonna have a few holes put in the front mounting part for the blade so that i can have it at a couple of different angles.

After sorting the interior and having that all black feel I felt the grey headlining was letting the side down. So posted up in the "wanted" section and within hours I had a member reply saying he had the Black T bar headlining with blinds, dome light and sun visors. we arranged a price and also used my mates courier service to get it posted down to me.

Received it early in the week and last night got stuck into bringing it back to life.

1. hoovered all parts
2. autoglym fabric and carpet cleaner
3. re-hoovered to lift the pile

Really worth doing whilst it was out of the car, its brought the black pile back to how it was when new I feel.

Excuse the grey area to the right hand side, this is simply a part that dried quicker and the lighting on the camera. its all perfect.

Now all I have to do is fit it !
Ive been given a step by step help by PM from Chris_9011 after Craig put me in his direction, so hopefully I'll get this fitted over the easter break.
It might be ideal to do it at the same time as having the window's tinted.
I'm booked in to see Auto Eclipse this coming Tuesday at DPM auto body.

No problem buddy :thumleft:

I have the full black T bar head lining/dome lights and sunvisors in mine. Much nicer than the grey that came out.

Car's coming along a treat! :D

Only problem is the sun visors are unfortunately not in the same condition as the rest of the interior !

It looks like sun damage to me, can't see it being repairable ?
looks as though ill have to source others.

The seller didn't mention and when asked said thats how he received them from Japan. I believe him, just would have been nice to know.

Mine are the same mate. Sun damage from the T bar panels out. Never bothered me really.

It's because with the roof out, the sun visors overlap the headlining and are in direct sunlight.

I often wonder if people could just use fabric dye on the grey instead of paying a premium for black

yup, it crossed my mind to be honest mate, but this came up for a very reasonable offer and it saves me the hassle of looking like I'm doing an offensive impersonation of Michael Jackson half way through deciding he hates his family !

Naw it'll be alright. It doesn't need too much so as long as your careful you won't have to get too messy with it.

Your 2 is looking excellent by the way.

Finish off the interior until ECU & EBC is fitted and I need aftermarket

Got the week off this week, so spent the day yesterday doing some jobs I had wanted to do in good weather for a while.
First of was a detail to the "Frunk" I removed the space saver and black surround trim and hoovered with the dust attachment all the wheel well.
used Meguiars silicone spray and a cloth to bring all hoses back to life as well as the wheel trim and slam panel. Then used Valet Pro's "back to black" tyre shine on the space saver and replaced all.

Following this I used more of the Meguiars silicone spray on the scuttle panel, it had become dull and in parts lost all shine. took a while but its now looking brand new. This particular spray has anti-uv capabilities so actually helps preserve the glossy look.

Finally was a job I thought I might enjoy, I was wrong !!
Polished the Blitz Nur Spec, started with medium wire wool to remove all dirt and then got to work with fine wire wool and auto sol.
