Yes, the stand passes are free but only valid in conjuction with an entry ticket. The stand pass stays with the car. I can't order more stand passes than tickets so we have to place a big order like this.

I'll be ordering as many stand passes as I can as some people have ordered two tickets and one stand pass. So I'll have a couple of spares that can be used in conjunction with a regular entry ticket. Obviously these will be very limited.

I need to fill out a Health and Safety form. Sigh.

Does the club have a marquee, flags or anything like that? Need to know if they are going to be bought to the show ASAP as they won't send tickets until they have this form.

Yes will have a flag, pole and base...wont bother with the marquee.

Dohhh! I`m too late! I have the flag/base in my boot still from Castle Combe if it is needed for this, just let me know I will get it to you.

PS - Scott, have you spoken to Pete regards the switching of our internal and external TPMS sensors?

I think Gaz may have extra stand passes if you message him. You'll just have to purchase your entrance ticket separately (Different ticketing system than Japfest 1).

Hi Dan,

I have a spare stand pass. May well be the last spare actually! If you purchase a regular entry ticket (£15 from the Japfest2 website), and paypal me £2 to cover the postage of your standpass, I'll send you one of the spares. Will PM you in a mo.

To avoid confusion, the show is on Sunday 16th: http://www.japfest2.co.uk/ however the venue is open on the 15th for those who want to camp overnight.

And yes, pass still reserved for you at the moment.

No worries Scott. Have you spoken to Pete about the TPMS?

Mine is installed I just need to nab your internal sensors and you have my externals, I was hoping we could get them changed over prior to Japfest, so that my kit is working by then?

Update - passes and tickets have just gone out - they should be with you by Saturday, Monday at the latest.

Will update tomorrow evening with details regarding times etc. It will be an early one, all vehicles need to be on the stand by 9am - I don't know how much leeway there is with that.

Update 2:

OK, I actually have a few spares for this event:

1x ticket with stand pass - PM to get in line, someone else has first refusal on this.

1x Stand pass - yours for £2 to cover the postage, first come first serve. You'll need to buy an entry ticket on the day or on the Japfest 2 website.

These will be available until Wednesday 12th August - any later and they won't arrive with you in time for the show.
