I'm in the process of rebuilding my suspension including all ball joints and bushes. Due to extortionate prices for the OEM rear outer track rod ends, I hunted for alternatives. I stumbled across the TREs from a 1978-1986 Vauxhaul Carlton... and they are a perfect fit!
They don't have the tab at the end, which i find rather pointless anyway (correct me if im wrong). I hope this helps someone
... I would like to provide a photo but i havent posted enough yet...

That's a good find. Have you any luck finding the m14 turnbuckle which connects the two rods together. Have found the threaded bar with left and right handed threads but the pitch is 2mm not 1.5mm.

mine are ok (refurbish-able)
You can get them from amazon.com for less than a fiver but they won't shop to the UK

That's where I ordered some from but they were 2mm pitch thread and not 1.5mm.

I believe they do.

Rear tie bars
Have found that the ball joint and bar off a bmw 5 series 1985 is ideal replacement for the rear. The ball joint has a left handed 14 mm male 1.5 thread pitch and the tube has left and right handed thread.
