Ariel Clicking Noise?

On start up my Ariel make the loudest clicking noise but doesn't extend.

Anyone know why?

The aerial has little plastic cogs in it. The teeth get mashed and slip. That's the clicking noise. Confirmed by the fact the aerial doesn't extend.

Don't quote me, but if I recall, you can get repair kits. Not sure if true, or cost as I've never done it. Most just source a working aerial.
