I've dealt with Chris a few times, he's always prompt to reply to emails and had the parts I wanted waiting for me when I turned up (he's only 20 mins away from me) , he's quite pricey and not particularly chatty unlike some "tuners" I've dealt with (other makes/models) who are happy to chat/give advice etc over a brew but then that's just a personality thing.

but I've not had a problem with him, he was happy to exchange a berk downpipe that was warped, and has kept things back for me to pick up at a later date.
