I recommend a KO Racing R1. Uber rare and sound fantastic. One in the sale section at the moment too!

Had a Nur Spec before and loved it, but the KO Racing wins it for me all day long :thumleft:

Well if you hate your neighbours I guess the nur-spec is fine

Theres also the opiton of the HKS Hi-Power, which will be a bit more reasonable on noise.

Other single exit options if you can find them are Fujitsubo RM01A, Apexi GT, 5zigen border and I think kakimoto also made a single exit.

RSR :thumleft: especially if your neighbors hate you and your car ! Buddy club is about the loudest I think - very rare and more of a drag car exhaust really-massively anti social on a road car in my humble opinion. That said even with the 'bung' in the tailpipe the rsr still manages to annoy a good few people - its embarrassing really and I have said many a time its coming off but I like it to much.

Lol your not wrong there, it basically a straight through metal pipe attached to the downpipe

Great for performance , terrible if you like your neighbours.

I have a Kakimoto single exit on mine. I would gladly contend that it's the loudest single exit. But xxxx me does it sound good on full chat! Other world good you know?

Have a bung for longer drives and it keeps it very quiet indeed. Best of both worlds. 8)

It's rare as well I believe 8)

Yeah I know - I was so tempted to buy this when it was up for sale all those years back - I had a mongoose on back then and that used to set car alarms off in the street so I thought better of it - plus there is no way you could get that pipe track friendly.

So out of interest, who prefers single can and who prefers the twin exit? I have a stainless twin exit on mine at the moment, so could sell that on. Its a nice enough looking exhaust, just not loud enough. lol.

I do like the look of a twin, but they are much heavier. Although single exits look pretty cool also.

My current exhaust is a Trust PEX, which is pretty quiet. Although its starting to rot where someone has welded it previously.

I'm replacing it with a Fujitsubo Legalis R

I've got the HKS Hi-power on mine. I quite like it as it doesn't have a lot of resonance and it's track friendly for dB limits, make it ok on longer journeys. Only pain in the ar$e is the centre section a the "flexi" hangs very low so it always scrapes. It's why the exhaust isn't in great nick as clearly the last owner didn't care about speed bumps that much. That would be my only gripe.

I'm still wanting a Blitz next year though once the engine transplant is done, the bung would make it track friendly but sounds amazing without it.

Thanks for all the input lads.

I will check what exhaust mine has on it at lunchtime.

Think I have settled on a Blitz Nur Spec. Really like the way it loops along the back of the car. Looks nice with the big exhaust pipe. :)

I prefer twin but if i was to go single it would either be the nur spec or probably the nicest one ive seen is the KO racing one :thumleft:
