Lauren wrote:When I said I was getting extra tickets these are for the GT86 BRZ DC as we opted to do this last week and they're already long gone I'm afraid. We ended buying another ten as we're up to 68 cars including Toyota UK.

I posted up that extra tickets are available just in case there was more from IMOC wanting to go, but I'm not organising the IMOC stand for this one.

Really sorry for the confusion!

For IMOC to get tickets you can only buy five at a time. So it would take another four members from IMOC to make it do-able if that makes sense?

No probs, I skim read the last few posts anyway, so I prob only saw what I wanted to see!

so we have me and vampire as 1 and 2 for a 5 ticket extension.

I will have a check over on the OC and see if this is doable. There may be a couple more late comers who we could add. Payments are through the OC which Jay is dealing with so I will drop him a PM now.

Sorry for the hassle, Dan, just thought it was worth mentioning as on my other club, we needed a few more and got an extra ten which we paid for last Friday. Not sure how much longer they can do extra tickets for, so probably worth checking.

No problem Lauren. I have asked the question, so just waiting for an answer back from Jay now. It may be too late but worth a try. :thumleft:

Really sorry guys, just spoken to Jay and nobody else has come forward asking for late tickets his end, and so the finalised attendee list stands, no more late entries to be added I`m afraid. He did keep the payment link open for over a week extra past the original deadline date, so I guess the line had to be drawn somewhere.

Tickets are obviously still available via the Japfest website http://www.japfest.co.uk/ But unfortunately not within the OC/IMOC/TB stand.

No probs Dan - I understand, I don't stop by here often enough. Will come and say hello or nab a drop out ticket if possible.

I know it's very late of me but couldn't commit earlier so I'd very much like to also jump in if anyone has to drop out :)

I'll most likely come down as a visitor anyway. I've never been and it would be nice to meet a few more folks from the clubs.

It's usually about a week or two before the show, IIRC.

Jay has received tickets! Gate A entry. Just checked over on the OC, says he will be posting them out to us all this week or next depending on free time and work commitments, so this year looks like we will have them in plenty of time! :thumleft:

The trouble is you can't choose where the plot is, so moaning about it is unlikely to improve things. :+:

So I have a slight issue that my clutch has gone on the mr2 and don't have the cash to get it sorted out before the show.
The only other car I have now is a civic type r which would not be too welcome on a mr2 club stand... Advice?

Exactly! Very difficult for us to influence the Japfest organisers on plot allocation, so big thanks to all the IMOC members who stuck with the club and signed up even though last years plot was not the best!
