- after finding a landline number to leave yet another message.

So why, oh why, isn't is listed on his website contact page??!!

It also explains why calls to the mobile number weren't returned.

Caller tells me he is

'filling in' for Ben while he's away

(holiday)
Maybe it's just me but why not tell customers that service will be interrupted?
Easily done by updating the answering machine message.

And if you give out an e-mail contact use the auto-reply feature for the same purpose.

Poor communication can mean losing a customer.

They're harder to get than to retain.
