Nice to briefly meet a few of you :thumleft:

Weather was better than forecast so can't complain....and being on track (and overtaking) Clarkson, May & Hammond was a bonus

Car home in one piece and fun had, so happy days :D

We left Bristol at 6.15 & were parked on the stand by 7.15 no queue to speak of and the weather had lifted :D

For a while we thought the rest of you weren't going to make it...

Nice to meet a few peeps and put faces to names and cars, I appear to have missed a fair few judging by the pics while off watching the drifting & generally munting about.
Did see Dan_v_u shortly before he left sat on the show stand - glad to see you made it back in one piece after your marathon session.
Commiserations to the other Dan pranging his and never making it.
Looking forward to seeing what the Top Gear lot were up to in the next series.

Yes was good to have a chat mate though brief! Thanks for taking the time to pop over and say hello. Must have been about 3pmish when I left though I had planned to stay until the end, I was flagging! So decided to call it a day.

There were some awesome machines there and the lists in the windows.. There was an Evo I was taking a look at and wouldn't have liked the bill for his shopping list!

Did the top gear boys go out on track then I take it? Think I either missed that or didn't realise who I was watching. Saw the drift kings stuff that was pretty impressive.

Really good day out, nice to meet a few of you :thumleft: Even with the 3 hour queue to get in and the 'on/off' weather all day.
Didn't manage to get on the rolling road in the end :( the marshals closed it down before the end because the wind was too strong for their marquee! Sat and waited for 1 and a half hours for it too so was a bit of a crappy end to the day.
Still enjoyed it though and will definitely be back for more :D

Got a few pictures from the day so will upload them sometime within the next couple of days. :thumleft:

I did miss out on quite a bit of the show because of the weather which was a shame!

Yup they were out on the track, also on the dyno... looks like they were filming a section for the next series - I'm assuming it will be along the lines of, 'Japfest is the largest japanese cars show so we thought it would be hilarious to show up in non japanese cars to show them how to do it properly' or somesuch. There are a few vids up on youtube.

I enjoyed the day, shame the weather couldn't make it's mind up what it was doing... I came over to the IMOC stand on a couple of occasions to say hello to a few people, but you must have all been off sheltering from the rain, enjoying the show or queueing for food...

Anyway's, I only took a few photo's as I mostly left the camera in the car to shield it away from the rain:

It was a good day out! I'll post my pictures up when I get home.

Wasn't happy at all being stuck in a queue for 3-1/2 hours trying to get in!

Weather didn't wreck it either which was good.

Anyone see that accident where the wheel came off the drift car?
