I converted from t-top to hardtop to sunroof. Didn't like the leaks from the t-top. Liked the hardtop but its not in the UK, bought my sunroof UK car a couple of weeks ago.

It's easiest and most cost effective by getting another car.

Wouldn't it have been easier/cheaper to get new T bar seals?

Agreed, and stronger, as the T bar has additional strengthening in the chassis to cater for the lack of structure on the roof.
I wouldn't recommend the cutting and swapping of roofs etc, just buy a T bar if that's what you want.

Definitely not... I want a car to have fun in, so I want the roof to disappear completely, not just have a poxy little hole in it!

Now a 2 seater track / race car is a different matter...

I took my tbar out for most of last Sunday with the roof off, much better than a tintop.

I didn't have a roof fitted from Friday morning through to Sunday night. Made me smile every time I drove it :thumleft:

If I wanted a tintop (like every other car) I'd have bought an RX7... or an S14a... or a 350Z... or any number of other cars that might me as good to drive as an MR2 but nowhere near as much fun as having the roof off.
