[Mk2] [NA] No speedo, no temp gauge, 1 pop up light not working.....

Hey there I'm picking up a 1990 T-bar Mk2 N/A in a few hours have been to see it test drove it etc but for the price I cant say no! Its has the following issues:

Speedo not working - had new clutch and gearbox the 2 days later speedo stopped am guessing its the cable has snapped.

One pop up light doesn't come up? Any ideas?

Downpipe is rusted an has a huge hole so that's 1st on the list!

Temp gauge doesn't work - needle is loose will I need new gauge?

Also has a leaky rocker cover!
