Just wanted to post up to say what an informative and accommodating fella James has been in refurbishing by Dads wheels.
I sold my Rare JDM Bridgestone deep dish rims to my ol' Da, for his Caribbean blue mr2.
They had originally looked like this:-
But had been on my old REV5 turbo (jimgts old car) for a while and had suffered due to standing, dirty, polished lips had dulled and needed some love.
Having a Caribbean Blue MR2, my Dad decided to have them refurbished by James and requested black centres, but due to them being forged 2 piece wheels, they were welded and had to be painted.
It was decided to go with a black metallic and James came up with the idea of black with a bronze metallic as seen on the Bentley.
The wheels turned out fantastic, the inside of the rims were painted black and the rims polished up (over 3 hours of James hard sweat and toil) to bring them up to near their best!
Ill get some pics up when they're finally on my Dads car.
But My Dad just wanted to say thanks James

Many thanks for this its appreciated...
I cant take credit for the paint work as I managed to score a deal with a reputable sprayer. Was alot of haulin and some arm wrenching polishing...
Ill get some pics up of them how they looked after a 'brief shine up'
