Where is the best and most cost effective place to order paint from?

I'm looking to get hold of pre-mixed waterbased paint for my car so that I can home spray a couple of parts (boot and rear bumper)...

Any ideas/links?

autopaints are good, there may be a branch local to you

Look for somewhere local in the yellow pages as it makes it easier to get stuff colour matched, if your lucky they may have some old stock two pack
