is it leaking at all? have you recently replaced the coolant?
My car makes a bubbling noise when it is cooling down after a harsh drive.
this is the coolant being pulled back through the expansion tank.
It normally comes from the rear of the car.
This is quite normal and nothing to worry about
if you're getting bubbling noises from the radiator in the front there could be trapped air.
I would say try to get some air out by opening the little tap on the back of the rad.
Your car should have a little clear pipe that you can attach you stick the pipe on and then open the tap you'll see coolant run up the pipe with some small bubbles in it
