I arranged for these guys to collect two new tyres which I sold via Ebay, I took the day off work to ensure they were collected, I was advised collection would be between 9am & 5.30pm, as the day went on and because there was no sign of the courier I emailed the firm asking when the courier would show I had the following response:

Hi

We can't give a time for collection or delivery sorry because the drivers route is constantly changing. However you can leave it somewhere for the driver if you also leave a note on your front door authorising him to take it.

If there are any problems, you need to rebook or the collection fails please contact us before 10:50pm so we can rebook for the next day at no extra cost.

Best Regards

Gary MacDonald

Needless to say 5.30pm came around and still no sign of the courier, at no point did they give me any indication that collection wasn't going to take place.
They don't provide a telephone number to contact them on so the only way of getting hold of them is by email, i've emailed them 3 further times and still no response so have logged a complaint via paypal.

If your looking for a reliable courier look elsewhere.

Cheers.

i deal with couriers everyday and sadly they dont always turn up and you will never get an idea of that until after the final time has elapsed - there will always be somewhere a disclaimer saying they cannot guarantee the stated collection and delivery times etc

very annoying but you just have to get on with it
