I put the loom in last weekend, connected the main plug on the loom, made sure the earth was attached, went to power up the window, but nothing.
The battery is fully charged - have I had a senior moment and forgotten to do something? The ECU plugs weren't in.

Re: Unable to put window up
Yeah I had it in that position and no lights came up on the dashboard for anything
Although that was a pretty stupid thing to say as most of the connectors weren't connected to the things that would come up on the dash...

Re: Unable to put window up
I'd guess that without the ECU plugged in you won't get any dash lights, nor will various relays be operative, so could explain why no power to the window. Try with the ECU connected

Will have to wait until the car is back from the bodyshop now.
Re: Unable to put window up
If you're desperate to get the window up you could make up a couple of jumper wires to run from a permanent live and ground to the plug for the window system.
Done that before on my old Hilux Surf.

Re: Unable to put window up
My guess would be you haven't plugged the M2 connector back in.

Re: Unable to put window up
It's at the base of the passenger rear strut tower in the engine bay, large grey plug with 4 wires inside it, thick black, thick white, thick B/W and a thin blue.
Without this connected your car will be dead, you haven't said if anything else is working so ignore this if the window is the only fault, leaving the M2 unplugged would mean the whole cars chassis electrics would be dead.
