Nice big folder of history and receipts for all work including Cam belt
HPI clear with the paperwork
Some subtle mods

GOOD BITS
Magnex stainless twin cat nack and de-cat (age of car means no issue with MOT) this shines up amazing and has just been refitted with all new gaskets and stainless bolts.
Tom's short shifter with genuine TRD gear knob
JSP Induction kit with K&N cone filter
Goodridge braided brake hoses
Xtrons 7" Touchscreen DVD audio with iPod cable in glove box
Refurbed staggered rev2 alloys with Toyo T1R's all round with decent tred (just passed MOT)
Upgraded the interior to the half leather half alcantara and all in great condition
Full black interior (rev1 thicker carpet) with t bar blinds and bags present
Everything working except the air con which didn't work due to age and most of it's been removed to save a bit of weight.
I have upgraded all the dash lights to red led's including all those in the switches and heater controls, a lot better than the old faded green ones.
The T bar doesn't leak and the rear quarter windows have been professionally removed and refitted so they don't leak either (common issue)
Rev 2 front bumper, the original one was chipped and tired so I got a rev2 one in the same colour and fitted this.
Everything proper JDM, 4 tail light (fog hidden in taillight with switch on dash) Japanese stickers under engine lid, Jap instructions for tbar on the sun visors, yellow fogs etc.
New Jap size plates made to fit the recesses correctly.

I have had the car since 2010 and have covered less than 6000k miles in it (it'ss been garaged over winter), in that time it's had 3 services, which included new leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, all new brakes including a new caliper. new Bosch battery, new rocker cover gasket. Coolant flush, fuel filter, gear box oil and of course engine oil, filter and plug change every time. The car runs supberly and sounds great with the Magnex, decat and induction kit.

BAD BITS
the dipstick tube broke off, it's not bothered me as i just put a bolt in the hole and when you need to check the oil you just undo it and stick the dipstick in, only takeS a minute longer and the car doesn't use oil at all. It's a little bit of hassle but nothing major.
There are a few marks and a few very minor little spots of surface rust, again nothing major sills and arches are all fine.
Paint work is slightly faded but polishes up nicely, always meant to have it machines polished.
Bulb out in one of the fogs but have a bulb ready to fit

EXTRA INFO
I will be keeping the JDM orange side lights and putting in the stock UK ones (need these for the MOT anyway)
I am also keeping my Mono wheel but i'll put the stock wheel back on and the new owner is welcome to keep the aftermarket boss.
The black exhaust guard has now been removed so you can see the nice shiny Magnex exhaust too.
