Hello,
I have a strange issue, my car failed its MOT for a non-functional horn. I removed the nose cone and replaced the horns with new items. These were tested prior to fitting (connected directly to the battery) and worked, however when I wired them in and press the horn they didn't work. The relay clicks, there is power to the horn and power from the horn (used a multimeter to test this).
In essence it all seems fine, power, earth, relay but no sound?
Any suggestions will be much appreciated

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Horn . . .
It was fault with the earth on the horns, the old ones had rusted and the new ones had a different earth, wired a new earth in and they work.
Blew the fuse though and replaced it but the relay wasn't working properly and the click was happening even though the circuit wasn't completing as the internals we're bent
