3SGTE engine

Hey guys iv been offered a 3SGTE lump with everything loom ecu turbo box the lot for an incredibly good price only issue is its a rev1 or 2 not sure and its out of a celica 185 i think are they basicly the same kit as a rev1 mr2 turbo as this is what i have not sure if its worth buying as spares or what have you any input be great guys :)

Same lump , so yes worth buying if the price is right

Virtually same engine. Loom is different as ECU is in front footwell.

nice i wasnt sure so loom isnt much use that's ok ECU the same then? and yes the price is good very good!! :D

Spares are always a good thing to have kicking about... I'd love a rev3+ to pop in my na :pray:

St185 is rev2 engine differences are things that can be swapped off your rev2 mr2 engine, ive fitted a good few mr2 engines into gt4`s so no reason why it can`t be done the other way round

you can even use the gear box with a couple of mods (diff swapped over, transfer box removed and mr2 blank plate fitted and the selector swapped over)

ahhh that would be good like :) am gonna get it this week and take of some parts i dont need/want and see what i have :)
