Removal of AirCon radiator

Im considering removing my aircon radiator.. 1) because i never use it. 2) because it all mashed to pieces.

Any good how to guides on removal?

Remove front bumper.

Then remove air con rad. Ensure the system is degassed prior to removal.

If you're not planning on replacing it you might as well remove the compressor too and save some weight :thumleft:

I recently enquired at Toyota about a new aircon condenser, I think it was £303.

About £200 from RockAuto including VAT and shipping from the US. I was lucky and didn't have to pay any import duty.

Don't forget you will need a revision-specific repalcement.

Rev1/2 gas ports will only fit Rev1/2 hoses.
