BoV not working

Post by Drifter »

Rev 2 Turbo 205 charger cooler setup. HKS ssq BoV, dug out the BoV from under my AFM and noticed the little tubing that goes to the inlet manifold has split, seems springy still inside the BoV. Is it not working due to that split tube?

if you mean the vac hose on the bov, then it would cease to function if this was split, it sounds to me like you're talking about a recirc pipe, in which case the valve should still work, although would probably run like crap :-k

WD40 the BoV diaphragm at work, and fitted a new small pipe from the BoV to the inlet chamber, works now.
